For a young child, what matters isn't the schedule on the bulletin board. What matters is who opens the door for them in the morning – and whether it's the same person as yesterday.
That's why we rely on a consistent team. Day after day, children here see the same adults – and those adults know each other so well they don't even need words to coordinate their care. That kind of chemistry isn't something you can buy with a brand-new team. It's either there or it isn't.
Who looks after the children
Miss Neli
Teacher / nanny
A mother of a four-year-old, with practice ranging from infant homes to day centres. She spent six years leading English preschools as a head teacher and pedagogical supervisor, and a year caring for children in the USA.
Miss Luci
Teacher / nanny
A qualified childcare professional for children's groups, with a secondary diploma in Social Care. She spent five and a half years looking after children in England – as an au pair, a nanny and in a children's group.
Miss Madison
Native speaker from Canada
A Canadian who has called the Czech Republic home for eight years. For just as long, she has been guiding children through their very first words in English – with games, songs, movement and plenty of laughter.
Teacher
She guides the day with a respectful approach and a thoughtfully prepared environment.
