Our day
When a child knows what comes next, their mind is free to play.
A predictable rhythm gives young children a sense of security. Our daily structure never changes – only the activities do.
The anchors of the day – circle, snack, outdoor time, lunch, rest – stay the same. Only the specific activities change, following the children's interests and the season.
Our daily routine
| 7:00–9:00 | Arrival, drop-off, free play |
| 9:00–9:20 | Morning circle – welcome, calendar, theme of the month (a song, a fun fact, a game) |
| 9:20–10:00 | Movement activities |
| 10:00–10:30 | Snack |
| 10:30–10:40 | Getting ready for outdoor time and activities |
| 10:40–12:00 | Outdoor time in the garden – guided games, gross motor play, free play (indoor art or sensory activities in bad weather) |
| 12:00–12:30 | Lunch |
| 12:30–13:00 | Story time and winding down / rest for children who don't nap |
| 13:00–14:20 | Nap time / quiet activities for children who don't nap (pre-writing practice, arts and crafts, themed projects) |
| 14:20–14:50 | Snack |
| 14:50–15:00 | Goodbye circle (a song, looking back at the day) |
| 15:00–16:30 | Free play / play corners / finishing up projects |

What you can expect every day
- The day is mostly in English. We speak Czech whenever a child needs it.
- Rest is offered, never forced. Children who don't sleep have quiet activities.
- No screens – you won't find any here.
- We go outside every day. Weather is never a reason to stay in – we just make sure we're dressed for it.
